Bee Hive

The Bee Hive is a newly constructed home within the Bluff House Resort, located on Green Turtle Cay, Abaco, Bahamas. It is located on White Sound facing west with a beautiful view of the sound. 3 suite bedrooms with private baths, plus half bath for living area. Sleeps up to 6 people offering two queen beds and two twins. Comes with complete commercial kitchen and cookware, microwave, built in convection oven and commercial gas range top. The utility room has a washer / dryer, another refrigerator and two deep freezes, there is also a ice machine.

The great room has 16 ' vaulted ceilings and provides a 42" plasma TV with surround sound system w/ direct tv. A screened porche on the back overlooking white sound with complete entertainment center. Outside the porch is a 64' x 30' deck furnished with a fresh water pool and gas grill.

Home is supported with a generator that runs the entire house, it is automatic and the home is never out of power. Water is RO from the Bluff House and there is a 2500 gallon back up. It is all automatic and water usage is not a problem. In addition there is local phone service, wireless internet and a vonage line for long distance.

Dockage available at the Bluff House marina, not included in the rent. they can accommodate a 100' plus boat and is in walking distance. There is a tennis court, restaurant, and bar in very close walking distance. Best value on GTC. SLEEPS UP TO 7 PEOPLE
